Welcome to Hajek Chevrolet!

Way back in 1951 Oscar and Rose Hajek moved their family and their dreams from Detroit to Longmont, CO to begin what is now Hajek Chevrolet. Oscar had been with Chevrolet Motor Division in Detroit, but wanted a better place to raise his family, so when Mr. Troxell's Chevrolet dealership came up for sale, he saw his opportunity.

In 1964 the dealership moved from 6th and Main St. to 1330 Main St., on the north edge of town back then. June 28th, 2005 was the first day of business in the New Hajek Chevrolet, just east of town on Highway 119.

In 1967 Oscar's son, Bob, succeeded him as the dealer principal. Under Bob's leadership, the dealership reflects his commitment to service in the community. Bob's sons, Brett and Bobby are being groomed to carry on this tradition.
